We conduct assessments with children, teens, and adults ages four and up. We regularly work with parents to provide resources and support. We also provide adult assessment regarding learning, attention, and/or autism questions.

Dr. Whitley spcializes in neuropsychological assessment regarding learning differences (Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia), ADHD, Autism, Giftedness/Twice-Exceptionality, and creativity.

Our office is at 9075 Elk Grove Blvd., Suite 220A, Elk Grove, CA where we offer in-person services. We also offer virtual services for anyone who lives in CA. Dr. Whitley often works with individuals in the greater Sacramento area including Davis, Folsom, Carmichael, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Rocklin, and Granite Bay.

We can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement. We do not accept insurance directly. We cannot guarantee insurance reimbursement; however, many clients get part or all of the cost of assessment services reimbursed.

A one-hour initial consultation or a parent consultation is $250. If you decide to proceed with an assessment, this cost goes towards the total assessment cost.
The cost of an assessment is a flat fee that can range from $1,125 to $7,750* depending on the desired scope of the assessment; this fee includes all testing, scoring, report writing, and a feedback meeting. *Certain services like attending an IEP meeting, travel time for a school observation, etc. may add cost but this will be specified in the evaluation agreement.
A limited number of reduced cost assessments are available based on financial need.
There are no hidden costs to the assessment process, and the exact fee information based on your tailored assessment plan will be provided before beginning the assessment.

If you need to cancel a consultation or assessment meeting, we require 24 hours notice. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the consultation or assessment appointment fee. Specifically for a missed consultation or testing appointment, the fee is $125.
This fee is not charged if the missed appointment is do to illness; please let Dr. Whitley know if you are not feeling well and she will provide dates to reschedule.
